To install a new Sim card in the USB PLUG ADAPTER listening device you will need REMOVE casing where the 3pins are with the sharp-pointed tool and the casing will pop open. THIS MUST BE ONLY DONE WHEN REMOVED FROM THE MAINS. Once the casing is removed you will see Sim Card slot where you insert the Sim Card.
