START RECORDING:

In order to do this, you will need a computer/laptop. And there is a cable supplied with the USB voice recorder Adapter which one end has to be plugged into the computer and the other end in the USB Voice Adapter Recorder. (Please note that this cable is also used to download the recordings from the USB Voice Adapter to your computer.)

RETRIEVING THE RECORDINGS FROM SD CARD:

There is no need to open the adapter once removed from the wall simply use the cable supplied in the box with the adapter into any PC/Laptop no software is needed.
